Horizontal Jumpers: Here are some suggestions from Coach Sac

1. Jump rope for 1 min intervals, 10min total. 2. Lunges 20 each leg 3. High thighs in place 30-45sec 4. Core 5. Squat jumps 20x6 6. step ups.  Do these 3x per week.  You can tag these on to the end of the sprinter workouts if you like.
