Preseason Conditioning for sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers

Purpose: To get in shape, to get in shape. Between now and February, athletes will build a strength and fitness foundation that will prepare them for the rigors of the high school track and field season. 

When Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm-5:30pm. 

This week's locations:

Monday: Meet in the bike plaza outside the stadium.

Tuesday: Meet at the track/xc storage shed (The stadium gate will be open). 

Wednesday: Meet in the bike plaza outside the stadium. 

Thursday: Meet at the UC Davis track on the corner of Russell and A.
