Another awesome meet and beautiful weather! This time, we headed up to the Northern Section.
Congrats to our medal winners: Markos was 1st in the JV 100m dash, Garrin was 2nd in the JV 200 and 2nd in the JV 400, TJ was 3rd in the V 400, Bryce C was 3rd in the JV 1600, Sebastian was 3rd in the V 3200, Foster and Michael went 1-2 in the JV 3200, Lucas C was 2nd in the V 300h, Clayton B was 2nd in JV Disc, Cooper B was 3rd in V LJ and 2nd in the V TJ, Abby N was 2nd in the V 3200, Eleanor E was 3rd in the JV 100h, Natalia N was 2nd in the JV 300h, Edison and Sophie went 1-2 in the V SP, Sophie also got 2nd in V DT, Julia S was 1st in the JV HJ, and Soraya finish 2nd in JV TJ (Coach Sac will tell you she should have won).
Awesome job, athletes! Your support for one another was inspirational.

We had several 1600m PRs: Avery Wolk (5:02.55), Lily Hales-Yang (5:15.44), Abby Nourot (5:22.97), Nicolas Duquette (4:26.19), and Drew Mysliwiec (4:33.32)!
Elias Thronson runs 9:23.99 in the 3200m!
The boys 4x4 of TJ, LJ, Lucas, and Cooper had a big season best time of 3:28.22
Congrats to all of our athletes! So many excellent performances: Ella Valcarenghi goes 5'2", Mar Levalle goes 5'2", Julia Schlemmer goes 5' in the high jump! Ella also goes 15'1 in the long and 32'6.5 in the triple. Heidi Sindel goes 16'6.75 in the long! Triple victory for Maya Yikilmaz in the 400, 200, and 4x4 (which includes a sub-60 split)! Edison Hinrichs, Sophie Coil, and Anna Kimball swept both throws! Cooper Ballard wins both long and triple!
