I want to participate in upcoming June meets: If you would like to participate in any of the upcoming June meets please email Coach Elliott firstname.lastname@example.org and Coach Tim email@example.com, so that we can discuss training and meet entries. We will need to resume our training this week. These meets have performance standards, so we can’t promise your participation. We will certainly enter you though.
I want to work on my track and field skills, but I don’t want to participate in these meets: Step 1: We strongly suggest that you take the next two weeks off. Rest your bodies! We are going to get our club track program “Davis Community Track and Field Club” back up and running this summer. Yes! The website, which is currently being rebuilt, will be up and running in the next day or two. www.dctfc.com. We will have programs specifically for high school athletes who want to develop their craft. After you recover for two weeks, we can get back to work hurdling, jumping, vaulting, etc. Our summer program will also offer cross country preparation to help you get ready for the fall xc season.
I’m tired. I’m ready to be done: It’s all good! Do other stuff. Play other sports. As we head into the 2021/22 season, we will have programs in place to help us prepare.
Hello Track and Field Athletes, Families, and Supporters,
Saturday’s Delta League Championships (Or “Marauder Invitational” if you prefer) was pure awesomeness. I was so impressed with our Blue Devil performances. I was equally impressed with our team spirit. It was a proud day. Thanks to our parent volunteers! Thanks to those who came out to support!
The girls 4x1 – Sophia, Isabel, Emma, and Chloe – set the tone for sprinters and hurdlers with their convincing victory. The fellas – Ethan, Tai, Brendan, and Josiah – followed up with their season best time. Awesome job, 4x1s!
The 4x4s (best event in track) were inspirational. The girls finished 3rd in a close, hard-fought race. Kate, Emma, Anaya, and Chloe ran to a massive season best of 4:15. We then had to douse Chloe with water and drag her off the finishline so they could start the boys race. Speaking of which, the boys – Jake, Clay, Ben, and Sean – dominated in convincing fashion, running a season best 3:27.
Ray Ray had an outstanding day in the sprints (and the jumps too), running a 100m pr of 11.07 and a 200m pr of 22.81. I believe he would have won the 200m had they not recalled that first start on a timing error. Sam Leveau ran 23.89! How did I not have him sprinting earlier?! I blame Coach Rick for hiding him. Ethan also earned a 200m PR of 24.48. How ‘bout Clay Ballard coming back from a hamstring injury to win the 400! He and his teammate Sean went 1-2 in the 400m. Coach Elliott rejoiced. Jake, Josh, and Sam also had 400m PRs. Josh, as we discussed at our senior celebration, has battled injuries for his entire career. I’m happy to report that Josh ran and PR’d! It was Joshtastic.
Sophia, Chloe, and Isabel battled hard in the fast heat of the 100m. Congrats to Charlotte who knocked two tenths of a second off her 100m PR, running 13.39. Plenty of PRs in the 200m: Chloe, 27.41; Isabel, 27.16; and Kate, 27.14. Awesome times! Emma Vogt, everybody, is your Delta League 400m champ! She ran a big PR of 61.09! Her teammate Kate was right behind her with huge PR of 62.76. And Coach Elliott rejoiced! Props to Elise who had to make a last-second switch to lane 8 (not easy to do), and still ran her second fastest career time.
Gabi finished in a hard-fought 4th in the 100h. Maddie and Dakota both PR’d in the 100h, 17.18 and 17.95 respectively. Both came back to PR again in the 300h, 50.04 and 55.01 respectively. In the same race, Elika PR’d at 53.34. In the previous heat, Sidney PR’d at 56 flat.
The boys did a great job as well. I want to start by mentioning Miguel, who crashed twice. Such is the life of a hurdler. Props to Miguel who always runs hard! Scott and Nolan ran great races, placing 3rd and 5th respectively. Freshman Alex Oldham three-stepped the varsity hurdles and PR’d at 18.10. This is a rare accomplishment for a 9th grader. Ronan PR’d at 18.58. Dean ran an outstanding 43.36 to take 3rd overall in the 300h. His teammates Alex and Scott also PR’d, running 45.20 and 46.14 respectively.
Distance (By Coach Tim)
The distance group had a fantastic day!
In the 3200m every girl got either a season PR or lifetime PR. Abby Carroll took 2nd place and went under 12:00 for the first time ever, running 11:52. Grace Dwyer got a 46 second PR to run 12:20. Corrine DeJong improved her seasonal best by 14 seconds and ran 12:29. Anna Kelly improved her lifetime best by 47 seconds and ran 13:38. Jessica Oslund got a 14 second PR and ran 13:45. Elizabeth Young got a seasonal best improving her time by 27 seconds and ran 15:13.
Abby, Grace and Corinne all doubled up and came back later in the day to run the 1600m. Abby ran 5:41, Grace ran 5:43 and Corinne ran 5:57.
The guys 3200m was outstanding as well. Zach Ayers and Ansel Tucker went 1-2 with Zach tying his PR of 9:08 and Ansel getting a new PR of 9:12. Luca Maes got a seasonal best of 10:41. Luke Rashid ran 11:03 and Gavin Rashid ran 11:41 for a new PR.
The Guys 1600m was an incredible race to watch. Davis went 1-5. Diego Perez won with a new PR of 4:10, which is now the second fastest mile time ever for our track program. It then continued with Zach Ayers getting 2nd, Ansel Tucker taking 3rd, Ryan Mitchell in 4th and Connor Cougevan in 5th. Connor ran 4:32 which is not only a new PR but also the fastest mile time ever by a freshman at Davis High. Elian Malessy got a really nice PR of 2 seconds to run 4:51. Carlos-Miguel Campos and Cody Winsor finished right next to each other, both running 5:01, and Thomas Doherty ran 5:12.
This was a truly great day for us and the perfect way to end the season. Go BLUE DEVILS - DELTA LEAGUE CHAMPS!!!
800m runners (By Coach Elliott – It’s 11:14am, which means Willie is still sleeping)
Ben (2:06) and Sam (2:14) both PR’d! That’s a double PR for Sam by the way. Cooper ran a courageous race is a very fast heat.
Amie (2nd in 2:25), Anaya (3rd in 2:25), and Maddie (2:40) all PR’d in the girls 800, which was one of my favorite races of the day. This group has worked so hard!
High Jump (By Coach Lon)
Ray Oldham won the boys event with a 6'2" clearance and then had a super close miss at 6'5". Senior Nolan Bitners capped off his DHS track career with a 6'0" jump, which was good for second place. Eli Ishikawa nearly cleared 6 get as well, but in the end settled for 3rd at 5'10". Jacob Schall jumped a 5'6" meet PR for 5th. Freshman Dominic Nider continued his strong late-season form with a 5'4 jump for 6th (not to mention an unofficial clearance of 5'5" later in the day).
On the ladies side, Shay Hawkes came up clutch with a third attempt clearance at 5'4" to get the win. Sophia Ballard continued to show promise with a clean sheet performance of 4'8" to tie for 4th.
Throws (By Coach Matt)
The highlights from throws yesterday are as follows:
Michael Perez had an 8 foot PR in disc, throwing 118’3”. He finished 8th overall in the discus.
Iryna had an 11 foot PR in the disc, throwing 80’3”.
Bella Bitners threw 95” in disc, an 8 inch PR and enough for her to finish 6th overall…as a freshman. My money is on her for league champ next year.
Nika Edsen finished 3rd overall in discus, throwing over 104 feet.
Andrew Baum PR’d in shot put by over a foot, throwing 42’3.5”. He placed 6th overall in shot.
On his last throw of his last meet, Tyler Venner uncorked a 50’1.5” bomb to win boys shot put by over 7 feet. That’s also a 2.5 foot PR. Kale and I were so excited, we nearly exploded. I woke up this morning still fired up about that last throw, much to the annoyance of the poor barista at Starbucks who wanted nothing more than for me to stop going on about it lol.
I can’t tell you how proud we are of our throwers. They worked incredibly hard all season, and on Saturday, they competed like champions.
Is it too early to get excited about next season? No, Coach Matt, it’s not too early.
Horizontal Jump (By Coach Sac. Spelling corrections by Coach Elliott)
The Davis jump crew came out and performed well. The crew won all four horizontal jumps yesterday. The lady jumpers were led by lily Gieschen winning the triple jump, Caitlin Mac Millen winning the long jump.
On the men's side, Dean Fulks won a close completion with Tai Hackett. They took first and second in the Triple Jump. The Long jump was won by Ray Olmsted (Oldham).
It was a very successful year by all of the jumpers.
I want to thank Tai Hackett and Lily Gieschen for their team leadership in the horizontal jumps.
I want to thank all of the horizontal jumpers for their dedication and hard work to make this season a great success.
Horizontal Jumps Part II (By Coach Spencer)
Our girls jumpers swept the top 3 in the long jump - both Caitlin (16' 9") and Lily (16' 3.5") PR'd. Coach Sac and I were excited to see Sophia Ballard place 5th despite only about two weeks of coaching.
Lily also won the girls' triple jump (36'), and it's always awesome to see 4 of the 6 total athletes wear Davis blue. Special shout out to Melody Ho, who worked her butt off all season and PR'd on Saturday with 31' 0.5".
Ray won the boys long jump with a PR of 20' 5.5", with Davis snagging 6 of the top 9. Very proud of Dean Fulks, who had a huge triple jump PR to win with 38' 6.5". He was one of 8 Blue Devils to place in the top 9, including all of the top 3 (along with Tai and Parker). Also nice to see Julian finish 6th with a big PR at 36' 5".
Pole Vault (You know how good I am at conveying the nuances of pole vault)
Will finished third overall with a jump of 13’6”. As only a knowledgeable vault coach like me would understand, this was as an impressive mark considering how injury forced Will to take a very short approach. Sam and Sean both vaulted 11’6; Nolan and Lukas both went 10’6.
Gabi was second overall at 10’0. Maddie was 7th at 9’. Rachel, 8’; Greta, 7’6’; Ahma and Sidney, both 7’. What an awesome year for our vaulters!
Props to Nolan, Sam, Maddie, Gabi, and Sidney for bouncing back and forth between pole vault and their numerous other events. Very impressive!

What a great day for Blue Devil Track and Field! Davis comes away with victories in both divisions. Way to go!
The final dual meet of the season was outstanding.
So many PRs and season bests. The team support was amazing, particularly during the 4x4s.
Diego's 4:12 1600 is second all time at DHS and second in the Sac-Joaquin Section! Lily Gieschen's 37'2.5" triple jump is third in the Sac-Joaquin Section.
Congratulations to our group of distance runners who attended this year's DDF!
Grace Dwyer getting a new PR of 5:43.58 in the 1600m after getting a huge PR on Wednesday.

Kyle Watkins took 3rd in his heat of the 1600m and earned a PR of 5:18.16
Cody Winsor and Thomas Doherty, known as the “Davis Double” by the announcer, helped lead their heat to impressive times. They ended up getting 2nd and 3rd and was the first heat of the day to go under 5:00 in the 1600m. Due to a timing error we are still waiting to get the official times from that heat.
Madeline Zafonte got 3rd in her heat of the 800m and a PR of 2:42.96
Elian Malessy doubled up and though he didn’t do as well as he wanted in the 1600m he did come back and get a new PR of 2:11.77 in the 800m

Connor Cougevan raced in both the 1600m and the 3200m. He PRed in the 3200m with 10:17.76
Diego Perez and Zach Ayers were in the fastest heat of the 3200m also known as the Sombrero heat. They were labeled the “Davis Duet” by the announcer and helped lead a big pack of the 3200m. This was Diego’s 2nd Sombrero heat of the day as he was in the fastest heat for the 1600m earlier. Diego finished 11th and got a PR of 9:16.79. Zach Ayers ran the 3200m of his life and closed a giant gap to almost catch the winner of the race. Zach finished 3rd and earned an incredible PR of 9:08.40
Athletes of the Meet are Abby Carroll and Ryan Mitchell
Abby Carroll doubled up and PRed in both of her events. She got 3rd in the 1600m with a new PR of 5:39.22. If that wasn’t impressive enough she came back and took 2nd in her heat of the 3200m with a 30+ second PR Abby ran 12:08.17.
Ryan Mitchell also doubled up and earned two PRs with two incredible races. He won his heat of the 1600m and ran 4:27.80. He then got a big PR in the 3200m of 9:43.68.

The Jumps meet versus Bella Vista represents our first track and field competition in over a year. It was a beautiful day, and it was wonderful to see our athletes compete.
We had plenty of excellent marks including 6'4" for Ray in the high jump and 19'5.75" for Clay in the long jump! Awesome.
Even though we are technically four teams (frosh/soph boy, frosh/soph girls, varsity boys, varsity girls), we only have three total coaching stipends to use. The parcel tax funds a single class 1 coaching stipend and two class 2 coaching stipends (Thank you, Parcel Tax).
We receive no financial support from the district for coaching stipends, equipment, travel, or anything else.
We have to fundraise for the remainder of our operational costs, which, by definition, are necessary for our sport to function.
We will have missed our Halden Invitational Income for two years in a row, which means we are completely dependent on donations.
Projected Expenses based on previous years:
Hiring a starter for our home meets: $1,050
Booster paid coaches: $9,000
Sub costs for teachers who coach: $1,514.59
Equipment of the sport/program: estimate based on years past: $5,000.00
Your donation is optional, but we will put it to good use. The suggested donation for each family is $100.00.
Make sure checks are made out to "Davis HS Track and Field." Athletes can deliver checks to Coach Elliott at practice.

Coach Elliott ordered some extra uniforms. If you weren't able to order one, you can get one from Coach Elliott when they arrive.
This roster does not include people who were injured and have not yet tried out. This roster does not include winter sports athletes. In other words, not seeing your name here does not necessarily mean you have been cut.
In some cases, people made the roster in multiple events:
A long jumper/sprinter, for example, is an excellent track and field combination. We would expect these athletes to be both jumpers and sprinters this year.
A distance runner/thrower, however, might not work. Some of you may see multiple events that aren't the best combinations. This just means that over the next couple of weeks, we'll need to figure out what will be best for you going forward.
There will be a meeting for all athletes and parents this Wednesday, 2/13 in the DHS Library. The meeting will begin at 6pm (after practice). We will talk about uniforms, other fun apparel, the budget, fundraising, expecations, policies, etc.
I have learned over my fifteen years of coaching that there are many ways, aside from athletic ability alone, for athletes to contribute to a team. If you do not make the roster, but you believe you have the ability to make this team better, you may consider applying for an extended tryout. The application involves an interview, a written personal statement, and a letter of recommendation. In this extended tryout, we would be assessing you on your ability to demonstrate the qualities you tell us you will bring to the program.
Congratulations to all on your hard work this week. The coaches understand the physical, mental, and emotional stress that comes with a tryout process. We are proud of you all.
Over the weekend, we will post the roster here. Additionally, we will email each family explaining your status.
Tryouts will continue next week, only for athletes coming out from WINTER SPORTS and those who were INJURED and could not tryout last week.
Here's what you should do on your own:
Either 30minute easy run, followed by drills and strides, core
Warmup, drills, 15 easy strides, core

If you have any questions, please email Coach Elliott email@example.com
10-12 graders who missed the meeting: There will be an additional meeting on on Tuesday, 1/15 during lunch in room L-25.
This form indicates your intent to tryout for this year's team. This form along with your athletic clearance email are due to Coach Elliott by February 1.
If you are a student on the Davis High campus, and you missed last Tuesday's informational meeting, there will be an abridged version in room L-25 at lunch on Wednesday, 1/24. Make sure you plan your schedules so that you can attend.
This is a meeting for all athletes and parents interested in trying out for the 2019 team.
NOTE: THE CONTENT OF THE MEETING WILL BE DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF PREVIOUS SEASONS. ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES, NEW OR RETURNING, SHOULD ATTEND.
1. Get cleared for participation! Don't wait! Athletic Clearance is done on-line. THIS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ANY TRACK AND FIELD PARTICIPATION, BEFORE OR DURING THE SEASON. Please get this done now. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to schedule those physical exams. The DHS Athletics Website has information on this process and links to the necessary documentation. Click Here!
2. We will have an informational meeting in January, where the coaches will lay out the requirements and expections for trying out for and participating on this year's team. When we have a specific location/time, we will post it here.
3. Have an off-season workout plan. To those not participating in a winter sport: Preparation should begin now. Wating until February to begin training will result in poor performance, a higher likelihood of injury, and a generally unpleasant experience. The Davis Community Track and Field Club is offering a Winter Track program designed specifically to prepare athletes for the upcoming season. Click here to register. Email Coach Elliott at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.

Once again, you can order your DHS Track and Field apparel from the Ink Monkey Team Store.
Follow the link below. Our team password: track17
The DEADLINE to order is Tuesday, February 21.
Some notes about these items:
DHS Track and Field apparel is now available for purchase, including shirts, warm-up jackets and pants, hoodies, etc.
This year's hoodie is a breathable "tech" fabric, and will be screen-printed with the traditional large DHS T&F logo front and back; all other items will be embroidered as shown in the webstore. Order carefully as items cannot be returned - consult the "spec sheet" linked to each item to see size specifications and fabric information. Also, actual samples of these items will be available at practice for athletes to examine, likely during the week of February 13.
Payment can be made through PayPal and by credit card (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card). Choose "pick up by group representative" and athletes can pick up their orders at practice for no extra charge approximately 2 weeks after the store closes. Orders must be placed by February 21 at midnight and then the store will be closed for the season.
Please contact Katie Blakewell with any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you, Katie Blakewell for setting this up!
In the discus, Tazio barely missed qualifying for state. He finished 4th with a mark of 151'5".
In the high jump, Mimi (5'1") also finished 4th, barely missing state qualification. Congratulations to her high jump teammate Hannah Lybbert, who jumped 5'3", finishing 2nd and qualifying for the State Meet.
Ben Easton and Aaron Moore finished up their terrific DHS careers in the triple jump. Ben jumped 40'7.5" and Aaron, 40'1". Congrats to both guys.
Congratulations to Alyssa Lengtat and Tessa Malone, who, once again, qualified for the State Meet in the triple jump. Alyssa won the competition with a jump of 38'11.5. Tessa finished 3rd, going 38'4.25. In the same competition, Abby Lo finished 9th with a season best 36'3.5; and Annie Cui finished 10th, jumping 35'9.5". Once again, the support these four show each other is inspirational.
In the laned races, the girls 4x1 - Julia, Tessa, Paige, and Brooke - rebroke their own record, running the fastest time of the day: 47.47.
In the 100m dash, Brooke Rubinstein finished 6th, also qualifying for finals.
In the girls long jump, Alyssa made the final and finished the competition in 9th. Time to focus on the triple jump! Tessa took her first two jumps, then decided to stop so she could feel good for the upcoming 4x1 final.
Speaking of the relay... Julia, Tessa, Paige, and Brooke re-broke their own school record (again), running 47.39. This time was good for a first place overall finish. On a personal note, it's incredible to watch these four gain confidence and experience with each race. So proud!
Congratulations to Olivia O'keeffe who ran a season best 4:54.74 to finish 2nd in the 1600m. Olivia is looking great - Can't wait to see what happens next week. Abbey Fisk finished 12th in the same race: 5:13.23.
In the 100m dash, Brooke Rubinstein finished 4th in 12.29, only thee one-hundredths out of 3rd! Time to focus on the relay!
Congratulations to Emily Meyer, who went 11'4" to finish third in the pole vault and quaify for the State Meet. Kate Miller cleared the intimidating 10'1" opening height. For Kyra, the 10'1" height was bit beyond her pr. Congrats to Kyra and Kate on a great season.
We are very proud of seniors Sofia Castiglioni and Abbey Fisk who wrapped up their incredible DHS track careers in the 3200m. Sofia finished 4th and ran a huge pr: 10:36.34. Frustratingly, her time was only a second off of the at-large. Abbey doubled back from the 1600m, running 11:37.16. Sophie Lodigiani finished 6th with an excellent time of 10:56.94, very close to her pr.
Michael Vernau had another great day, qualifying for State in both the 1600m (4:13.16) and 3200m (9:11.58). Can't wait to see what Michael does in the 3200 next week!
It was a great Day - The coaches are very proud of this group. Thanks to all who came out to support!
Annie Cui, Tommy Aquino, Olivia O’keeffe, Sam Blakewell, Jeremy Falk, Tazio Rosenberg, Lyla Schoenig, Laura Young, Odessa Seng, Drew Vallero, Brooke Rubinstein

Other Uniform Information:
If you have a uniform from cross country or last track season, you do not need a new uniform. They are identical.
Uniform tops: Uniforms are gender-specific, so pay attention to which singlet you are ordering. Otherwise, the style is up to you. The singlets will be loose-fitting, while the compressions top/shimmel will be tight-fitting. Often, shorter distance people will go with the compression options, while distance folks prefer the singlets. This is only a generalization though. They are all legal uniforms.
Shorts/tights: Some of the shorts items are gender-specific too. For boys, if you're ordering a compression top, the matching shorts would be the "men's half tight" for boys or the "women's boyshort" or "5" tights" for girls. With singlets, you can order any shorts you want.
Feel free to order the athletic pants or the black tights, but these are NOT part of the uniform. You can train in them or warm up in them, but everyone must have one of the blue shorts options.
Way to go, Blue Devils! We qualified 10 athletes to the State Meet.
Tazio: 2nd in the shot and 2nd in the discus. His discus mark of 170'7" is a new school record!
Abby: 1st place in the triple jump!
Sondre: 1st place in the pole vault and 1st place in the 110 hurdles. Sondre ran a blazing fast 14.15 in the 110 hurdles. This is a huge school record and makes him one of the favorites in the State Meet.
Simen: 2nd place in the pole vault!
Hannah: 4th in the high jump, but she cleared 5'4", which is the at-large qualifier. Incidentally, her clearance at 5'4" would have cleared 5'5" or 5'6".
Shay: 3rd in the high jump. Her mark of 5'6" ties her for the school record with her teammate Tiya.
Tiya: 1st in the high jump. She jumped 5'6" again, equaling her record mark.
Brooke: 2nd in the 100m and 2nd in the 200m!
Jupa: 1st place in the 800m!
Olivia: 1st place in the 1600m. Her mark of 4:42.71 is a new DHS school record. Additionally, this mark is number one in the US for high school students. Wow!
Combining the genders, Davis High scored more points than any other high school program! We are so proud of our State Meet Athletes!

A few of us will be heading to the Sacramento Meet of Champions this Saturday; for the majority, it's time to get ready for League Championships!
Thank you to the athletes, coaches, and volunteers who contributed to the success of this year's Halden Invitational. It takes a lot of work to put on a quality meet of this size.
You can view results on athletic.net or you can click here to view the Hytek pdf
Either way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you see any mistakes.
Great Job everybody!
Please take a look at your results on athletic.net, and email me with any errors.
The Halden Invitational is approaching. As many of you already know, this meet is a big deal for our program. First, it's a critical fundraiser: We collect admission, we charge teams to participate, and make money at concessions and outside food vendors. Fleet Feet Davis, which helps to sponsor the meet, sells t-shirts and contributes the revenue to the track and field program.
The meet is more than just a fundraising opportunity though. We take great pride in putting on a first class meet that allows maximum participation from the schools that attend. So far, we have almost 30 high schools and over 20 youth clubs.
A meet like this requires large support from our parent community. Please take a look at the sign up genius and volunteer for a shift or two. You'll see that I broke shifts into reasonable segments. I'm hoping to get these positions filled as soon as possible.
Note: I'm hoping to staff the track finishline, field events, and clerking tent first. If you feel comfortable with these jobs, please volunteer. No experience necessary. We'll help you.
Congrats to Hannah, Sondre, and Simen who represented DHS at the Arcadia Invitational over the weekend.
Sondre pr'd in the vault, hitting 18'2.5". This mark is the highest vault in California history - CA State Record!
Simen finished 8th in the competition with a vault of 15'1". Simen has had to take some time off from the vault, so this was a nice way come back from injury.
Hannah cleared 5'3" to take 3rd in the morning high jump session. She nearly missed 5'5"!
DHS wins in all four divisions against both Sheldon and Jesuit/Saint Francis. Congratulations on an outstanding, inspirational team effort. The coaches are so proud!
Please take a look at your marks. If you see any errors, please email me with the specifics.
Thank you to our parent drivers and bus riders!
Thank you to our parent drivers and bus riders!
Congrats to the small group of DHS athletes who competed at the Stanford Invitational.
Sophie finishes 17th in the 3200m.
Hannah clears 5'4.25" to finish 3rd in the high jump. She had a very near miss at 5'6", clipping the bar with her ankles on the way down.
Tazio takes 9th in the discus.
Outstanding efforts by both 4x4 relay teams: The boys - Jeremy, JoeVo, Jayce, Jupa - finish 15th. Jupa finishes with a 49.7 split! The girls - Odessa, Abby, Bailee, Lily - finish 21st.
Sondre and Coach Atle traveled to the prestigious Texas Relays over the weekend. Sondre's 17'11" vault won a loaded competition - Three athletes over 17! Way to go, Sondre!
