Spring Break!

There will not be full-team practices over spring break. 

Athletes, check with your event coaches about your training schedule. Some coaches may hold workouts for those in town; others will create independent workout plans. 

Sprinters, Hurdlers, and Jumpers: Coach Ray will be at the track every day at 4pm for those in town. Thanks, Coach Ray! 

Long and triple jumpers: Coach Sac and Coach Sydney will be at the track Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm for jumps practice. Thank you, coaches!  

Training plan for out of town Sprinters/Hurdlers:

Mon: "Big warmup," 10x30-30-30 (Stride, 90% in the middle, back to a stride), walk back to the start for recovery, 4x20m lunge walks, 4x5 frog jumps, core

Tues: "Recovery Day warmup," 12 easy grass strides or cross train, stretch

Wed: "Big warmup," 6x200m @ 85%, 3 min recovery between reps, stretch

Thurs: "Big warmup," 12 easy grass strides or cross train, 4x20m lunge walks, 4x5 frog jumps, core

Fri: "Recovery Day warmup," 12 easy grass strides or cross train, stretch
